Selah Elks car show.

I took a few photos at the Selah Elks car show today at the Selah Elks Golf course. Not a lot of Chevy/ GMC trucks in attendance but I'll share what I found .

Don't kill the messenger on a couple of these.
The Black AD got away from Chevy power just a bit.

Link to my smugmug album for the event. https://robertdavison.smugmug.com/Selah-Elks-car-show/

48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six.
71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Re: Selah Elks car show.

When you show up in a slick Black 53 Mr48 takes more photos of your truck than he does other rides, Hope the dude with the Mazda wasn't upset his ride only got one click after he watched me walk around the 53.

Re: Selah Elks car show.

Well a slick black 67 Elkie is still a Chevy truck, That's a nice one.

The pretty nifty patina truck missed out on having more photos of his truck posted as he was leaving but man oh man that is one sweet sounding truck.

The Happy face 4x4 gets in by virtue of heritage.

The great Dane was a pretty nice and well behaved dog that was good at posing for a photo.

Re: Selah Elks car show.

A really nice 69? 4x4 survivor that looked great in it's faded original paint.

Then I had to sneak in my Friends Dale and Linda's sweet little Dodge that they have had as long as I can remember and have driven to hundreds of shows over the years. Especially when she caught me snapping the photo.

As a high school sophomore football player I had to line up against him and his fellow seniors during football practice and got knocked flying more than once.

The square body 4x4 is a nice one with a super clean engine.

Re: Selah Elks car show.

Last but not least a slammed square 60 something patina truck.
Plus a look down the lines of cars.
