'01 Suburban Odometer Problem

the odometer/trip odometer display has stopped working on my '01 'burban. it's stuck in "trip odometer" mode and won't switch back.

any one ever had this happen before?

and since i'm writing ...... what's the trick for reseting the "change oil" light. i remember that it involves the ignition switched on, truck not running and depressing the gas pedal some number of times. what's the details that i missed?

thanks

bill

Re: '01 Suburban Odometer Problem

can't help with the odometer, but to reset the light just turn on the switch pump the gas 3 times and it should flash then crank the truck and you are good to go.
