Radiator Overflow (Recirculating) System---Looks Stock!

No batteries required...
I have all the components again---here we go. All new parts!
2023 prices:... I had to restock and prices edged up!
Comes complete: bottle, bracket, hoses (not stiff fuel type), modified fitted cap (CLEAR ONLY) & block off plug: $60 + $15 S/H (CONUS) PayPal preferred.

These fit & look like a matching set with the WS washer bottle. Mount just to rear of the battery. The hose is long enough to go UNDER the battery, out of sight. These make a couple of nice improvements: No more antifreeze spraying on the ground when it expands...this system puts it back in the radiator (like later models). Radiator stays full with no air space at the top for better cooling.

Re: Radiator Overflow (Recirculating) System---Looks Stock!

I'll take one with the black cap option.

Question- I see you use the safety release cap. The factory package came with a standard radiator cap that I would like to run. Do you have a GM part # for this kind of application?

PM payment info. Thanks, Dan

Re: Radiator Overflow (Recirculating) System---Looks Stock!

I no longer run the flip cap, although it did work OK. I tried the "closed system" cap and it seems to work a little better/smoother and the 9lb cap doesn't put as much pressure on the hoses. The cap is not special-OReilys.

Payment instructions: PayPal to: frankeham@comcast.net (Please add 3% if using the standard merchandise option). Include ALL shipping info for insurance & tracking.

$15 on top of the $15 for shipping or $15 for shipping?

An "extra $15" will help cover the Canadian add on charges & Customs Forms/fees.
TOTAL mailed to BC $75.

Re: Radiator Overflow (Recirculating) System---Looks Stock!

You got the last black cap.
They will all have the clear caps that match the bottles from now on...and will still include the black plug and all other parts the same.

The black caps were NOS GM from years ago---discontinued & replaced with the clear ones under the same part #. There will not be any more black caps coming in.......sorry. They function the same-of course.

Re: Radiator Overflow (Recirculating) System---Looks Stock!

What is the cost for two black block off plugs? I purchased two of these from you over the years but that was before the you had the plugs. I would like to purchase two.

I am also going to purchase two hood poppers from you today. May I call you to make the order or do you prefer to use PayPal only?
