I will look into this. I am assuming I have bad hinges as when I shut my hood the corners closest to the cab are higher then the fenders by about 2 inches and I have to go push down the corners.

Get the original hinges.

If you keep your hinges properly lubed you will not have a bent hood from sticky hinges, now if its rusty...
