Wanted: Transfer Case for 1966 Chevy K10 Panel

Hello all,
I posted here years ago looking for a part for my 1966 Chevy K10 Panel and had luck finding it, so here we are again!

I've been debating selling my panel truck, and last night I finally decided to do it. This morning I went to take it for a short drive and go figure, the transfer case fails on me. Sooo...seems we have to spend money to make money!

I'm looking for a divorced transfer case in good working order, which should be the DANA or Spicer Model 23. If you've got one for sale, or know someone who does, give me a shout!

I should note that truck itself will be for sale once the repairs have been made, so interested parties can get in touch with me about that as well!

Original should be a Rockwell T221. None of your gear ranges work, for any of your outputs?

Size: 30.4 KBI had read that it could be a Dana/Spicer Model 23, or a Timkin 221 here:
https://www.stovebolt.com/ubbthreads...t&Number=63350

I had been exploring the Spicer option, but it's good to know that there is another. I hadn't found solid information on which it should be yet, and I didn't see a tag on my transfer case; just the numbers 11-21-60 on a small tag that has been riveted or screwed into the casting. I'll crawl under there and take another look later today.

Digging around a little more on this forum, I've also come across the NP205 t-case which was evidently being used in later models of the K-series trucks. Does anyone know if it's feasible to switch out the Rockwell for a NP205, in the event I can't find one?

I was driving down the road and I started hearing a rattling noise so I turned around, and it got more and more frequent (even with the clutch in), and then the engine (a 327) stopped acting like it was in gear. I was able to get 2nd to work after a little while, and then that quit too. When I got it to the mechanics he said that he was able to get 4wd low to work.

Thanks for your help so far!

I am having the case professionally rebuilt by 4x Heaven in NY; they've been very helpful so far. Thanks for the input!
