Paid through paypal, april 21. Communication was fine up until I paid and then nothing. Havent received the 2 t shirts I ordered and he has been on here a few times.
Its only $40 but I hate being ignored.
So buyers beware.

Paypal should give you your money back. They're supposed to be all "secure" and such. Paypal started screwing with my account so I deleted it all.

He has finally contacted me and says he will get the shirts to me. we shall see. my paypal dispute is already filed.

well he contacted me on the 13th promising to make it right. then fell off the earth again.
I will file the dispute in Paypal.
If you cant do the deal DONT TAKE THE MONEY.

Thanks for the warning. It's not about the money, it's about the trust. That's what this place here is for. It's a place to let others know how your dealings went with another member so the rest of us know what we're dealing with when we decide to deal with that person, not whine about lost money. Add another to the list of those not to deal with.

Case closed? How about letting us know whether it was from this member or it had to come from PayPal? I think that's important for the rest of us to know.

member refunded the money. so I closed the dispute. its too bad I liked the shirts he had.

I really hate to hear that you had problems and glad to hear that he gave you a refund to get the problem settled. I know he had a kid in the hospital a while back and hope that is the reason for the no contact and the problem that you had to deal with. I have dealt with NASQAR several time selling him truck parts and buying shirts and was happy with the shirts and service.
