Interior Rear View Mirror

Looks like my interior rear view mirror has been replaced, and I can't get it to aim low enough.
Trying to understand which mirror and bracket is correct for a 1971 Blazer

This from LMC, chrome/stainless ($39.95)

or Motor City K5, which looks to be black ($89.98)
