Any Idea What is the correct Inspection Cover for my 700R4

I have a 69 C10 with a 700R4 behind a 350 Crate. Trans was put in by PO. Today was look for rattles day to day so I put the truck up on Blocks and started looking. The first thing I found was the inspection cover on the 700R4 was loose. In fact had no bolt up the upper end of the drivers side. Not just a missing bolt but the bolt hold hold in the end of torques converter shroud a good inch away from the end of the inspection cover that had a hole. Also someone had cut the inspection cover to make it fit over the starter. Attached are pics of the cover and the left and right sides of the torque converter housing that the inspection cover bolts to. Your help would be appreciated as I don't feel like spending an afternoon in the junk yard trying to figure out the correct cover.
