I appreciate everyone input and speculation...That's what forums are for, sharing a common interest and learning....I'll be the first to admit I'm not an expert, thus ask questions... Even the experts who publish data & publications are wrong as we have all saw....Based on my 50+ years of growing up & old, with these trucks, I never recalled seeing many 4X4 and if I did, they were usually K10, but not many...I wasn't till the 73 & up that they started to become popular....So my original question was basically answered, 500/785, is good. Not looking to be top dog in rare trucks....I consider it a rescue truck, a truck that will be preserved and remain in its originality.....

1967 KS 10904 1/2 ton stepsides =500
1968 KE 10904 1/2 ton stepsides =552
1969 KE 10904 1/2 ton stepsides =521

1967 KS 10904 3/4 ton stepsides =___
1968 KE 10904 3/4 ton stepsides =1047
1969 KE 10904 3/4 ton stepsides =1071

Is production #s by plant listed anywhere or just total production numbers?
