Want to Buy - Flame Arrestor ("spark arrester") Assembly for 402 BBC

Looking for the flame arrestor assembly in this picture. Specifically the saucer in the middle, though the hose would be great too. I have the tube that inserts into the valve cover, carb spacer & tower clamps, but open to the entire assembly if it makes the deal.

Other than that, I'm always open to the brackets per my signature (bold). Pretty sure I've found the solution should the place ever get to it. But it would be nice to have original.

Thank you

Edit: Corrected, that's a one piece flame arrestor, tube and "saucer"

For what it's worth, here's another one, only the tube and arrestor are in reverse order. This is how it's supposed to look, IMO, but I can't say for sure.

That connector pipe looks different than expected, not sure it's what I'm looking for.

We should have one of these available, wanted to add that this type of big block air cleaner tube flame arrestor is a one piece unit with the 90* tube built onto the arrestor (or as you refer "saucer"). Will check on availability before lunch, Mel

Just went and had a look through our old big block saved file folders, here are some pictures showing the mounting orientation of the BBC arrestor tube assy on a few 72 big block trucks, I wouldn't overthink it too much as we've had originals come in mounted both ways over the years. The last added picture is showing the overall height differences between the early and later style air cleaner extension/risers. Mel

I'll take the one piece "saucer" Mel, and thanks for the education. If you have Paypal please advise your ID. I'll be sure to pick up their fees.

Appreciate the gesture Jeff Bowties, I'm going to give Classic Bowties a shot.

Got you covered Mel, I didn't read until after, I paid the fees, don't care, just happy to find an original part.

For what it's worth I found mine with a elbow tube (aka connector) with the arrestor screen on one end. Era correct IMO, wrong block. So The hose wasn't original, kind of a cluster, but at least they saved the right tower clamps.

Re: Want to Buy - Flame Arrestor ("spark arrester") Assembly for 402 BBC

Hey Tony, here is what I was able to dig up for you per your recent parts request. We didn't have another BBC crankcase vent tube flame arrestor to offer by itself like above, but we do have this complete OE air cleaner riser, hose, clamp and flame arrestor assy. from a 72 BBC 402 truck available. We can also offer you this complete OE under dash BBC/TH400 kick down wire harness with no cuts, splices or missing connectors and matching 71-72 style accelerator pedal bracket mounted GM NOS kick down switch. Will combine ship all of the below listed for $10. via USPS, funds can be sent via paypal, venmo, check or money order, if using paypal option buyer covers fee's. Thanks, Mel

OE BBC air cleaner riser, hose, clamp and arrestor assy. $100.
OE BBC/TH400 under dash kick down harness and NOS switch setup. $85.
OE dual horn jumper wire harness with connectors. $20.
