Just asking -any 6 lug Dual's?

Looking to increase my knowledge, wondering if anyone has knowledge or has done a 6 lug dually. I know they had a "light duty" 3/4 ton with 6lug, but a dually?

Not from factory and I'm not sure I've seen any conversion kits other than way back years ago when there were dually wheel adapters that were a spacer to run a second single wheel.

I think they used the wide 6 that Dodge and IH used. Ford too if I remember right. I assumed the question was about 88-98 GMs
