Columbia, SC Area
Anyone on this site in the Columbia, SC area? I am looking at a potential job in the area and wondering the good, bad, and ugly. So far I've discovered decent houses with any size yard are rather expensive.
Just an overall of the area, I've not made up my mind just yet but the offer is on the table.

Re: Columbia, SC Area
You will be able to find fixer-uppers but anything ready to move into will be pricey because of the influx of...dare I say it?...northerners getting rid of their tire chains and snow blowers.
Columbia is nice.

Re: Columbia, SC Area
You will have the C10 club in that area, which has been a pretty active group. Our friend 67 Chevy Redneck was in that area and the club. We have other members who should be chiming in.
