Hello from Colorado

Hello everyone! I just sold my 66 Mustang, and am now looking for a Chevy truck. I've been a Chevy guy for ever, so I'm glad to be back. The plan for this build is typical for the times right now. Patina outside, rust repaired, nice custom interior, modern amenities, and air bags.

Now for questions that I'm sure have been answered before, but here it goes...

When were 3 point seat belts used?

Do all 67-72 have the upper bolt hole for them?

What was the last year of wood beds?

Do all C10's have rear coils, or did some come with leaf rears?

Do all C20's have leaf rears?

Now it's time to start searching!!!

Here is a good source for your questions:
https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/

My special field is 1968 C-20, therefore you can find in the brochure C-20-page 4:
Springs, Rear: Coil, capacity 2000 lb each.

And as option C-20 Page 6: Springs, HD: Rear leaf type capacity 2750 lb each G50, available only with optional leafe type rear suspension G70.

Re: Hello from Colorado

So, life happened. I got a job, and a different job. My kid is in high school now. I WFH now. My new job affords me less time, but more money to play with my toys. So... I bought this. Well, I'm buying it on Saturday. Work sucks!
