Rear drop??

I have a 79 2wd Blazer. The rear is already dropped but it’s sitting on the bump stops. Currently it has massive shackles and only 3 leaf springs. Is the three leaf springs stock, or did the PO pull some leaves? I plan on doing a notch, flip kit, and a stock shackle. Curious if I need a stock leaf pack.

Re: Rear drop??

He pulled leaves. Atleast 2, but up to 4.

Best bet is to either have custom springs made or buy drop springs.

Depending on where you live you maybe able to find a local spring shop.

My preference is for long shackles as they help with the ride. By giving the leaf spring easier room to grow as they compress
