Rear view mirror project n mount question

Have half a dozen mirrors and mounts. Covered with the usual "patina". Couple have the chrome 4 inch mount and a couple 8 inch black cast . What did the cast ones come on?, or off of?

Thumbs up Re: Rear view mirror project n mount question

This one is out of my 71 c-10.
I'm in the process of installing a late model mirror on it now.
Here is the link.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Have a couple of those, one is in my 71. There was supposed to be a pic of the cast bracket but it didn't pop first time....

This should be the 67/68 mirror stand. 72 models went to the windshield mount.

Re: Rear view mirror project n mount question

Those pictured are what I thought. Have a couple of the brackets that have the rubber covers for 70-71and two with the cast arms, I think out of a car, not sure what. Glass in the mirrors themselves are nice a clear. I'm sure someone will need them when I get things cleaned up.

Re: Rear view mirror project n mount question

Well then. It appears that the two I have are out of the big kids. I had a C50 but never paid any attention to the rear view.
