It's looking real good Mark!

I also have a 50th but has a layer of primer over it. I'm wanting to do the same thing you're doing and see what's left of the original paint. I'm thinking the layer of primer on it now is out of a rattle can so may not be too hard to remove. I'm going to try some paint thinner on a rag and see what happens.


Bummer that your hood didn't turn out as much original paint as your bed-sides.
