Re: Seatbelts?

Not sure what you have, but I bought some three points for my 65. When I got rid of the truck, I kept all the crap to sell. Then my son got his 69, so to answer your question, my son has a three point set up in his

Re: Seatbelts?

Following ... I've been thinking about using some out of a mid 80's square in my '72.
Hoping something like that will work, cause the aftermarket 3 points seem kinda cheesy.

Re: Seatbelts?

I bought my 3-point from Matt's Classic Bowties which are sourced from Morris Classic Concepts. I ended up ordering from Matt's because they cannot make them with the "GM" logo anymore (not sure why but it was a licensing issue I think).

My brother had no issues installing them and I switched to ones for bucket/buddy seats. The PO installed the buddy seats, so the lap belt always ended up getting lost.

I think they look great.

Re: Seatbelts?

I installed two points in a pinch to drive the truck home after purchase.
Then I later installed three points I bought from forum member @t korinek . Neither of my sets have scratched the paint, but then again, I don't just fling them around when I unbuckle.

To each his own, but I bought mine from Brothers I think, and they were not cheesy as you say. I think they all have to pass or at least be built the same way for safety, but who am I to say LOL. Either way, good luck on your search

Those do look great! And I love the great service from Matt's; may just have to go that route if can't find good one out of mid 80's.

i have access to some of those style seatbelts. my question is ,did they fit in existing bolt holes or did you have to drill new holes & use a reinforcement under floor pan?

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
