What are these two Parts Thanks
I am starting to clean out my stach of extra parts ...
The pipe? Is this for a BB or what? The second part I have not clue - at least for now. I need to know what they are before I list them in the FS Forum. Thanks for yur help.

69/72 riser tube for a small block
Other piece mounts “sideways” on top of the frame rail to channel air alongside small block exhaust manifold to cool it.

Pretty sad that GM used bare steel for so many parts back then. Honda and Toyota plated nearly everything under the hood that wasn't painted or cast aluminum.
