Project Frankenstein/ 69' frame, 71' Cab

So i bought this truck back in Dec Thinking it was a 1969 and have been learning more and more about it ever sense. I have the Bill of sale and all of the paperwork for the cab of the truck which is a 1971.. I finally had a little time to disassemble the truck for my build and I discovered its a 1969 frame which would explain the 69 front clip...

So would you build it off of the vin I have? 1971? or try to obtain a 69 Vin and build it as such..
I already have a 1972 Cab that I was planning to use because the cab thats on it is pretty rotten.. (Ill repair that later or sell that cab)...

Also what are the main differences frame and cab wise between a 69 and 71.. I know about the disk brakes but I was told that the frame thickness is different.. Anything else?
