For those that might be interested, I just noticed Mar K is running 15% off orders over $500 through 03/19.

I am about to pull the trigger on my short stepside box and move my project one more step down the road.

I timed my purchases this time around. Got the flooring 20% off last month and just ordered the bed at 15% off yesterday. All total, I think this saved me around $400 on the bed box and wood kit. I'll now sell my decent bed sides to someone who wants to tackle them as part of their project.

If I can make the five hour drive to Oklahoma City and back with the wife for less than the $250 shipping they were going to charge me I'll be up even more. But if I spend that much while we are out on a truck related road trip I won't really be upset.

Timing is everything they say. Well almost.
That will be a nice road trip especially after this past year of lock down.

Timing, well I decided last summer to replace my riding mower and did a little shopping around. I found what I thought I wanted and since it was late summer decided to wait until winter or early spring to purchase in case there was a season end mark down or discontinuation of model sale. I checked on it once a month since last summer and there was no change so I snagged on one last week and sold my old one. Good news is it didn't go UP in price though.
