1.) USA-1, Don't take orders and state "10-16 week lead times", and know that is not true! If it could take 12 months, state "12 Month Lead Time"!!

2.) Not good customer service to require full payment up front and not deliver product in timely manner (as advertised).

My 16 week timeline is approching, I will reply then.....
Preach. I call every week. Small company or not they took my money a year and a half ago and keep giving me the same extra 90-120 day delay since the order was placed.

They said they are re tooling their own mold and they are injection molding in their own facility, they produced too many automatic door panels, blah blah blah the excuses are freaking endless.

Ouch...a year and a half. If it's any consolation, their stuff is generally held in high regard and will likely be worth the wait. Have ordered a few times from them and had to wait a couple of months for my upholstery on the last order but it was definitely worth it.
