Any documentation to prove that it existed?
I'll have to look in the Medium Duty and Heavy Duty Parts Book since they could have optional turn signals on the side of the cowl.

Google Images for 1960 C60 doesn't show any.
Can you get a better picture inside and out?

Canadian Medium Duty parts book has same part number for 8.010 PANEL, HOOD FILLER as the light duty and has no other listing for an alternative.

American Medium Duty parts book lists the same number as the Canadian version with no alternative.

Is there running lights in those hood grilles? Maybe that's what they're off of
