Flywheel / Torque Converter Cover?

While changing out the plugs and wires, I noticed the flywheel cover, which surprisingly was plastic, had broken loos at one of the bolts and was hanging cockeyed. So I removed the rest of the bolts and pulled it down, and it was chewed up where it must have come in contact with the flywheel.

I've searched all over and can't find one that says it's specifically for my truck... And the threads here all seem to be people don't have the bolts, much less the cover...

Anyone have a source for this part, or would a 'typical' TH350 cover work?

Keep your old cover and use it for comparison, don't get rid of it till you find the one that's exact. It took me some time to find one at swap meets.

This is correct. And a lot of the metal ones that you for sale will fit but some of the bolt holes will not match up.

Re: Flywheel / Torque Converter Cover?

I just bought a universal GM plastic one off EBay with bolts.....lots of vendors selling

Mine had to have holes slotted to move cover some as it was hitting the flywheel
