Foot Well
I need to replace the right and left side foot well on my '69 C20.... Classic Industries has the repair panel, but I wanted to see from the membership if this is a good quality panel or if there is any suggestions for a better one ?
Thanks |

Re: Foot Well
Most reproduction panels require adjustment no matter what. From what I have seen it does not matter who made them.
These trucks were built mainly by hand in multiple factories. There were slight differences even right off the assembly lines. Expect to have to make adjustments...cutting, trimming, welding. Take your time, and find something in your garage you can abuse when you get frustrated. |

Re: Foot Well
I used Ray Buck sheet metal parts. The passengers side3 fit great. The drivers side needed some tweaking. They both turned out as they should though. I did my rockers and floor pans at the same time. If the footwell is rusted really bad you will have a hell of a time replacing it with those other panels still on. The footwell sits between the pillar mount and floor pan. Just take your time, I think all the parts are about the same. They all come from Taiwan!!
