What year frame do I have #1S665091

I'm trying to find what year frame I have. I recently bought a 1972 short step side but the title says 3/4 ton. Which I know it's not 3/4 ton because it's 6 lug, with disk up front and drums in back. Frame #1S665091. Top rail on driver side by motor.
