Thanks in advance for the advice . after a wreck , I am replacing the radiator support , inner and outer fender , grill and bumper . I have gathered all the parts and am ready to start to reassemble . my question is in what order should I put the parts on to make everything go as smooth as possible . thanks , kenny

Have you had the frame checked yet?

Core support, outer finder, inner fender, hood, grille, bumper.

Use an X measurement to make things simple. Put on the core support, then find a common point on the right front[say the bolt hole that the fender triangle bolts to] and the cowl vent bolt on the left rear. Tape measure ti and get the number. Then go to the SAME points opposite side then read the tape.
The idea here is to get them as close as possible to the same number. That will mean the core support is Square to the cab that way the fender [and hood] will align MUCH better.
Then you can go about hanging the fenders then inners . Hood goes on then grille and bumper. If you get the measurement right on the fenders[X] you can bolt in the grille right after the fenders if you want it will be fine. that way if you have to wait on friends to help with the hood you can make progress until they show up.

Read my post. The X measurement can be used for anything, it is the MAIN way to check real fast if a frame is square or just the front or the bed anything you can figure on can use the X method to check it out. Like on the frame go against the crossmember on the drivers side then go to the frame horn on thew pass side. Read the tape then do opposite from the same spot and it will tell you if the frame is tweaked
