A junkyard trip is your best bet. You need all the bolts and studs that hold the brackets to the block. You need an alternator, water pump, power steering pump and either an ac compressor or an ac compressor delete bracket.

Those don't look like the brackets that came with vortecs. They look like 87-95 brackets. Vortec brackets will put the alternator on the pass side. The a/c compressor would go on driver side above the p/s pump.
I don't see a tensioner in your pic either. |

The tensioner is on the right bracket.
You need an A/C delete pulley (mentioned), power steering pump/pulley (mentioned), bolts (mentioned), reverse rotation water pump and fan.

Re: vortec style serpentine belt setup on a gen1 motor
Here's my serpentine setup. It came off a 1994 GMC S15 Jimmy SLE with a 4.3l Vortec V6. Everything you have so far looks correct. As suggested, I'd hit up a junkyard for the miscellaneous parts you'll need ( nuts and bolts and stuff ). This set up was in the Jimmy with a 350, then in my 68 shortbed, and is currently in my Dad's 59 Chevy truck.

Re: vortec style serpentine belt setup on a gen1 motor
One thing everyone forgets to mention - you will NEED a PS pulley puller installer! I just went through an engine swap (L03 to to L30) on '89 Camaro which uses a similar serpentine belt system. To remove driver side bracket you HAVE to remove PS pump pulley as one of the bracket bolts was blocked by the pulley. On Camaro driver side bracket there are three bolts that hidden behind PS pulley - these attach PS pump to the bracket. You can not remove PS pump and bracket without removing pulley first. I end up getting FHM 40749 which for $20 did the job - removing was not too difficult, but installation required cooking pulley in the oven at 350F. On top of this GM used Torx head bolts T-45 and 50 to attach bracket to the engine block (in case of Camaro) - I had to use some WD40 to clean-out bolt socket during JY trip. Why GM engineering did this is beyond my understanding!
