Question Holley 390 CFM 4 barrel on 250

so my monojet is shot and i want a better carb...so ive decided to get a holly 4 barrel that is 390 CFM and a new intake that is for a 4 barrel.

so my question is how much do i need to do to make it work? do i need to watch for anything?here is the link to the carb. please look and help

Just buy kyull67's set up and it will be cheaper with basically free headers! Someone needs to buy it before I do, haha.
