I had me some big mud whompin' tars on thar . I remember I also got a ticket for passing on the right as well. I was a pure terror on the street that day.

I had a girlfriend who was driving an Eddie Bauer Expedition when I met her. It had airbag rear suspension that was problematic. I think that's where the trend got started

Whoever grabbed those pictures did a good job. More and more, I see automotive enthusiasts, or owners of special interest vehicles polarizing into two main camps. Those of us who own vehicles because we like the vehicles and like restoring them or modifying them for increased performance, aesthetics, and even gas mileage. And then there is the other group that owns a vehicle for the attention it can garner them. I feel like this trend falls squarely in that camp. The aesthetics are debatable, but there's no question that the vehicle brakes worse, turns worse, accelerates worse, and gets worse gas mileage. And there's no doubt that it gets noticed.
