FYI, two 427 tri powers offered. An oval port 400hp and the L71 rectangular port 435hp
The L71 bring the most money (excluding the 20 L88's ). There are more number matching 435hp cars today than were built in 1967 edit: the motor might not be stuck. Check the transmission back drive linkage (cable) and the clutch disc. Certainly the brake calipers have leaked all their fluid and the pads are stuck to the calipers
