Supporting Suburban body

Itís time to reconnect the frame and body of the Suburban. The body is now on an rotisserie. The plan is to leave the back half of the Suburban on the rotisserie and support the front using the cab roof support at the doors. I was thinking of making two supporting towers of concrete blocks or 6X6 on either side by the front door openings. Heavy duty screw type (old house jacks) jack stands on top. Then a 2X12 laid flat across the cab under the top of the door opening.

Not sure my description makes sense. I can draw something up to make it more clear.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Paul
