Shorty Headers with a stock clutch...

Stock Saginaw 3 speed (floor shift conversion), 350 V8, any good shorty headers? Id like a 3 inch collector. And something that works with the stock clutch rod.

Re: Shorty Headers with a stock clutch...

Give it more time. I'm sure someone would know from first hand experience. I believe the Sandersons work. I just have no experience with shorties w/clutch. I know 3/4 length, such as Chevelle headers that work nicely on these trucks, do not work with clutch because they run right through that area. The question with shorties is motor mount/crossmember clearance, I believe. I have a used set of Sandersons for an option to try on my '67 project. The seller said he had them on a C/10.
