That's pretty sharp! Are the tailgate letters painted to look 3D, or is that a shadow? Not sure what I'm seeing there.

yes...im not really a big fan of them..may put decals in their place, but the gray shadowing will still be there, its cleared over

plans are pretty simple, I want to re-do the interior, then possibly do a c-notch spring under swap in the rear and lower the front a touch more..it already has a well built 383 and th400 with a good 12 bolt posi...so basically ill just be doing a refresh of everything, still need to decide on which wheels and tires to go with

as soon as I get a little more time ill start a build thread started

unfortunately the wife likes the paint on the tailgate...that's a battle for another day, but that rear bumper has to go....somebody payed to have a 3" square tube chromed and put on there, unsure why...im prolly just going to buy a re-pop bumper and brackets for the rear

Which Bob's is that? I've been to the one in Northridge with my '68 Skylark (since sold) and my truck last time, back in May. That's a Buick/Olds/Pontiac meetup. Maybe I could take my truck to that one, if it is during the daylight hours.

It is in Burbank/ Toluca Lake Some of the retired guys start showing up around 4 but I don’t think it really gets going until around 6. It’s every Friday night. They don’t close the parking lot for the event so sometimes it’s hard to find a spot. It is open to all vehicles.
