Hello from Nebraska

Hello everyone. I managed to get my hands on a 1967 C10 pickup with a 350 engine last year. I drove to South Kansas with my two sons, bought it and drove it home! I had a lot of faith that it would make it back on a 4.5 hour drive and we made it with no problems! I haven't had the time or money to start to restore her, just been keeping her on the road so I can enjoy the ride. I will be fixing her up slow while using her as somewhat of a daily driver. I look forward to all the tips and help on this site!

In my opinion, going slow and making repairs, here and there is the best way to go. THat way you don't disable a vehicle and have it sitting around for "way" too long periods of time and not being able to use it or drive it.
I've had a couple apart, and don't plan to so that again, if possible...

Welcome to the forum!

I was just in your area this past Sunday-Tuesday. Flew in/out of Omaha, my daughter is a freshman at UNL.

Awesome!!! I have lived here 5 years now, I am actually surprised by how much I like it. UNL is a good school - glad you got to get up here and visit with her! I was checking out your links and you have mad skills and quite a shop to practice in! I also LOVE that your son is following in your footsteps. Well done!
