Ill admit, although I got this for my 6 year old son for Christmas, it was really for me LOL

Those are very cool! This is close as I ever found for a GMC from the tri-five era, and I wasn't going to spend the money for it. Not accurate at all, but definitely GMC. My girls suprised me with it later. Hubley toys from the era.

This could be neat. I've got a '57 that's green, somewhat similar to my '57. I've got a '55 that's off white and larger scale. The '58 semi is pretty cool to me. And even though it's plastic, I have a model that I built and painted the same color as my truck. It didn't survive too well over the years, though. I need to replace the mirrors and re-attach a few other parts.

Atwoods farm supply had nice red 50 Chevy diecast before Christmas, also a mid 50's truck, can't remember exact year. Various colors in both years.
