I took my 69 chevy c10 completely apart down to the frame. I just finished prepping the frame and I’m ready to start putting iher back together, I’m gonna be starting on the back end first and I’m wondering before I start trying to bring my rear end back to life should I just invest in a new one?? A dana44?? and I’d like to switch the drums to discs, help............

It's a 12 bolt, very strong. Disc brakes can be done with an inexpensive Captainfab adapter.

Re: Is my stock rear end good enough ???????
I thought so, so the 12 bolt I have is actually a good rear end axle, nice. So all I have to do is order a disc brake kit for it or this captain fab adapter? Great! I appreciate the help.

X2 on the 12 bolt being a good choice.
