Reproduction crossmember quality?

I was wondering if anyone has used this OER crossmember?

I am rounding up parts to change my '68 c10 from manual trans to a TH400 slushbox and can't seem to find a good original crossmember.
I keep missing them on the parts board.
This looks like it [might] be a good option.

When it's done I want it to look like it's original so I don't want a tubular unit.
Anybody have any experience with these crossmembers? Quality, fit, etc.?
Any input is appreciated

Re: Reproduction cross member quality?

Nevermind. I've been looking for about a year with no luck. I found this one locally today from a guy that had some bed sides for sale. I asked if he happened to have a crossmember for a th400 and what do you know?
And less than half the cost of the repop. go figure.
He threw in the arm rest and the cig lighter socket.

That's Great news.
I was wondering anybody had bought one of those also after your post.

I spot a 67 armrest

My '68. Came with those arm rests, that one is the right color and way nicer than the one currently residing on my driver's door.

Was it an early 68?
What type of vent window lock handles does it have?

Not sure of production date (I keep watching the build date thread to narrow it down)
It doesn't have the '67 only vent window locks.
My truck also has an oddball 2-screw roof-mount rear view mirror that I've never seen.
I guess GM just used up what ever was left in the parts bins.
