A-arm bushing swap

I purchased these http://www.summitracing.com/parts/en...olet/model/c10
Are there some things I need to make sure and do or look out for? Or just a straight swap? I have heard not to use the lubricant in the box.

Almost forgot, will a 2000 pound workbench arbor press get the old ones out?

Re: A-arm bushing swap

I think with the Energy Suspension kit you have to knock the shells out too. I usually heat the shell with a small torch until the bushing starts to "boil", then hit it with an air hammer. The bushing will come flying out, sometimes on fire, which is fun for all. If I have to change the shell, I'll change the tip in the air hammer to a chisel and split the shell, then knock it out. A press can bend the control arm if you're not careful.
