Excellent Service
I bought an A/C unit from http://www.southernrods.com/ and that was a year ago. Well I just got around to hooking up the last vent hose and I was short so I called and asked if I could get some more hose and I was fully prepared to buy it. The guy said how much do you need and I said 2 feet and he said I'll send you 3 feet to be sure. I said how much? he says oh there's no charge. What a plesant experience.
