GM Licensee Application Process Best Practices

If this forum exists, it was titled in a way I couldn't find it. Please re-direct me if this is already clearly out there for everyone to read!

Backstory: I am tasked with getting approval from GM to allow Billet Badges to engrave "GMC" on two custom emblems for my '78. I know this can be done, because Squarebody Syndicate was successful doing it with Billet Badges, but per the contact at BB this is a one time use application...so I have to obtain permission from GM.

I've attached the form that I submit to the email alias on the GM License Application Form.

Questions I have for anyone having successfully gone through this process:

1) On the application, a ton was not applicable to me as an individual because I do not have a company. I'm an individual seeking approval FOR a manufacturer on a one time use emblem. Is this what others have done?

2) I "think" that I did it right, but I'd much prefer follow up. Is there a physical phone number I can call to ensure GM has my application, verify that I did it correct etc.?

Any other tips or tricks with this please don't be shy! Thanks.

Keith could probably answer this better
But I've always thought you could duplicate for personal use,but not for resale purposes

I should have added, if anyone out there has a contact or document that may help me expedite this process please PM me! Billet Badges are 10-15 weeks back and I can't even get in the que before I tackle this step.

Grind thru the process.

As noted above personal use probably does not require a license. But never hurts to ask.
