Post Repair or Replace?

I recently purchased a '70 CST/20 for parts & decided it was too nice to tear up, so I'm going to put it back on the road.

I pulled the windshield out to replace it & found that the cab has rusted at the inner cab roof seam and the windshield trim lip is basically gone. The inner roof has separated from the outer and has no support. I was wondering if any of you have repaired a cab? Would I be better off replacing the cab, or can it be patched with a panel?

Thanks - Lee
