Usually, anything in the temp directory is fair game. Close all the stuff you got running first. When I have to fix someones computer, one of the things I like to do is purge the temp directory.
Not sure what uses .jpd, looks awful similar to a jpg... The _mp is a compressed bmp (windows bitmap). I'd delete everything in the temp directory. It's just that, "temporary".

interesting,,,, figured anythin so close to jpg would almost have to be image file of some type, the compressed bitmap is sure interesting,,,
