Can the wing glass assembly be removed withou taking the window and window regulator out? How much are a good used set worth?

The vent windows can be removed without taking the windows out. The window needs to be moved backwards for clearance,
though.

It is hard to say what the vents are worth. If they are nice chrome vents with tinted glass and the felt runs are good than they would be worth more than painted ones with clear glass. Condition has a lot to do with the value as well as whether they are chrome or not. I think that you would be in the $5 to $25
range.
