Blower motor wires

I am still working on ac system and my blower switch has three wires. My pigtail does not have the middle pigtail. The pictures I took from junkyard show 4 wires where do the four wires hook up to? This is a non AC truck so I thought it would be an easy hook up

Re: Blower motor wires

Some trucks came with 3 wire and some 4 wire. I honestly don't remember what the connections for each are.

Re: Blower motor wires

Thanks Palf70step, I dont suppose you have any blower switch schematics without AC do you? I have a 79 truck with no AC and I am trying to install a old school A-R-A system now. Just thinking out loud but everyone of those wires running to switch are 12volts and regulated by the switch correct?

Re: Blower motor wires

I could not find any in the electrical that said no AC. There is one that says HD heater and auxillary heater, but nothing that say regular/no ac

Re: Blower motor wires

The standard HVAC wiring is buried in the whole truck page.
