While I'm not a 6 cylinder fan I have always liked the sound of the 60's GMC V6. It has a sound all it's own.

Thanks! Yes, mine is a late production truck as well I believe...I havenít had a chance to check, because itís in storage but Iím hoping since it is late production, I have the dimple in the frame for easier power steering fitment if I choose to go that route...

special-K I remember those 67 fenders/custom badges back in the day from the Carlisle PA Old truck show. That was a one year only GMC specific color on those fenders, right?
