Wandered over from my house...to the local 4th of July car show today. Fun discussion with several owners!

Thanks for sharing. That last one in post #1 looks like a created Blazer. Cut the top of the windshield posts, cab back at bottom, Cut long bedsides to lenght, fit up by shifting forward to behind front fender, relocate wheel opening. BAM! You've got a fun topless tug to hop into

Re: A Few Pics From Today's Car Show!

I asked the owner on that last pic, thinking for sure it was a Blazer. He confirmed it was in fact a C10 with a ton of custom work done for the look. It was an impressive rig!

Re: A Few Pics From Today's Car Show!

Went to the Tuesday Evening Show n Shine at the local Piggly Wiggly tonight, about 12 cars/trucks there. I got so busy talking to a fellow that I had not seen in a while neither of us realizing we were the last two, until he said "gotta go I start at 0500 in the morning".

I gave this 49 Chevy Pickup to my oldest boy about 4 or 5 years ago. He is currently remodeling his house doing most of it himself, so everything is stored in the garage and on the back patio.

So I've been keeping the old NOS XPRS in the barn for about a month now.

Dusted her off and drove it down there, brought back a few memories. I walked out and snapped this lonely pic as I was leaving.
