Tilt column horn woes.

I am having issues getting the turn single arm installed without honking the horn. The communicator ring for the horn seems to be too close to the turn signal cam and it is grounding on the retaining screw for the turn signal arm.
I know the two horn communicator rings are different between tilt and fixed columns. Just unsure what is going on here.

Got it figured out with the help of a friends from the board. You put the spring on the other side!
Cheers.
