Minor complaint but one that's bugged me for years:

Is there a way to get some basic icons, for example thumbs-up and thumbs-down, instead of all the goofy animated icons we have to choose from (which few people even use)?

We have some decent ones as "message icons" but the only way to use them is to copy the image address and then use the "insert image" tool, like this:

If you go advanced, not quick reply, you simply click the emoji you want to use. You don't have to copy paste etc.
