Going to look at these two tomorrow the GMC first. If I pass I'll post the listing .
I really think I'm going to buy the 69 GMC. 283 4x4 SWB hasn't run in 12 years but not all rusted out . The 68 is nice too but not really needing another LWB . God I hope I dont buy both

1970 Chevy C-10, 350 V8 very desirable double hump heads, Turbo 400, Mosier rear. Truck is primed and rust free, needs TLC, heavy work complete.
Transmission is from a newer vehicle it's a turbo 400/375. I changed the oil and filter in it put a better pan on it. No debris in the oil.I installed new pushrods and steel roller rockers in it. The truck has a new battery, starter, alternator, p/s pump, p/s lines, all pulleys, electric fan, B&M tranny kickdown, shift linkage, vent windows, door seals, windshield, rear end cover and fluid, wiper arms & blades, (blades need replacing again), plugs and wires, air cleaner, heater hoses, SS tailgate chains, new tailgate, signals tail lights, headlights, dome light all new. 1979 gmc jimmy k5 blazer for sale.
4in lift 35” Mickey Thompsons 350 4 speed manual Bought this to make it a fun toy but when I went to redo the interior I saw that the front floors should be redone or addressed at least and that’s more of a project than I have time for. Would be a great start for a restoration. Needs some brake work. everything bled fine so I’m guessing it needs a master cylinder. Engine seems to run strong just did an oil change plugs and wires. Have not driven it much because of the brakes. The rear window and tail gate are in great shape and work as it should. Frame is in excellent condition. Updated, 1969 GMC custom long bed step side with spare tire fender. New long block straight 6 engine installed 8 years ago however truck was never driven much after install. Belonged to my grandfather then my father now I am the 3 owner and having to sell . I have installed the following. Master cylinder, dual core aluminum radiator, alternator, carburetor , heater core, heater hoses, points, plugs, wires, coil, fuel filter, oil filter, oil, tires and front shocks. Greased ball joints and front end , inspected drum brakes and repacked front bearings. Repaired modulator valve on transmission ,new gas tank /sending unit,new door mirrors and 4 antique hub caps. Lights work brake lights work . Turn key driver.
Great patina!!! This truck was used in the dairy business in the early 70's Then hauled firewood and lumber building houses in the 80's.
