Re: bumper guard pads

I checked the LMC catalogue and all they sell is the push in type with 4 snaps.

For years 81-87....could your bumper be from early model?

Re: bumper guard pads

There aftermarket bumper guards back in the 80's, it is very possible that is what yours are. Most of the aftermarkets followed suit with the OE's, thus why most reproductions you see these days are with the 4 slots that push in. Honestly though, I'd venture to say well over 50% of the squares with bumper guards on them have aftermarket ones. They were a dealer add on item most of the time, and the aftermarkets looked the same and were cheaper to buy.

Re: bumper guard pads

thanks for the help. i am looking for the bolt on type because the snap in ones will not fit my bumper guards holes do not line up, and was not wanting to spend $100/ to $150 for new style bumper guards.
